Mission Statement

The Group exists to give members access to training which meets their needs, is local and is affordable.

• support members in the preparation of company training and development plans to identify their needs individually and collectively
  
  
• Encourage the continuing recruitment of apprentices into the construction industry
  
  
• provide and maintain a programme of training to meet identified needs
  
  
• provide a forum for discussion on local training issues and for the promotion of best practice
  
  
• increase its membership so as to build on its local credibility and recognition in training for construction
  
  
• foster links with ConstructionSkills, local colleges and other training organisations
